Since the beginning of my career I have accumulated a lot of experience as a system administrator and developer. DevOps was for me not a new job but what I was doing for years.

I worked mainly for start-ups, so you have to be open-minded and touch all the different jobs.

When you work in a start-up you have to keep in mind the limited resources and time. You have to deliver quickly and make it work. Objectives can change in a few weeks, so flexibility is the key, hence the integration of CI/CD.

Start with a project or an idea and be able to build something fast for the customers.
